How lovely to see so many villagers surrounding our first ever Christmas tree in Leckhampstead. On Thursday 22nd December 2022 we celebrated Christmas with Miri Keen who led a carol service around the Christmas tree. Despite the rain, we were delighted to be joined by 55 villagers, sharing this festive experience.
Following the carols around the tree, everyone came back to the village hall for mulled wine and mince pies. What a lovely way to start Christmas. All donations that were so generously given during the evening will be put towards purchasing next year’s Christmas tree!
