Following on from the success of last year’s appeal we are once again supporting Loose Ends to help local people. Loose Ends is a drop-in centre in Newbury serving food to the homeless and vulnerable. The preparation and serving of healthy, hot meals are the main function but groceries, tins, toiletries and clean clothes are also offered to all those in need.
This Christmas, Loose Ends want to give out gift bags including the items detailed below. If you would like to support this local charity by donating any of these items, please bring them to the church before the end of November. We will then deliver them to Loose Ends to be included in the Christmas appeal.
Box of chocolates * Pair of unisex thermal gloves * Pack of cards Travel size board game * Mini torch
All items need to be new. Thank you for your support and generosity.
