100 Club – Terms & Conditions

Draw Rules

1. Membership of this club is limited to 100.
2. The lottery will run for a period of 12 months.
3. Each member agrees to pay the sum of £20 and will be entered into 4 quarterly draws.
4. All members must be over 16.
5. The prize draw will be made after the 10.00am service on the months specified.
6. All winners will be notified and the prize can only be given to the winner and not a third party.
7. Members must notify the promotor of any change of contact details.
8. The name of the winners will be displayed on the church web site after each draw.
9. The promotor will not share contact details provided for membership of the Draw with any 3^rd party.
10. The 100 Club reserves the right to reduce the prize structure pro-rata if the membership is less than 100.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted after 6 months their winnings will be donated to the upkeep of the church & grounds.

Quarterly Draw

The quarterly draw will be held during the 9:00am service on the third Sunday of the month at St James Church, Leckhampstead.  The dates are as follows:

• Sunday 16^th November 2025
• Sunday 15^th February 2026
• Sunday 17^th May 2026
• Sunday 16^th August 2026

First prize will receive £100.

Second, third & fourth prizes with receive £50 each.

After all 100 tickets are sold, a draw will take place on Sunday 17^th November to draw the ‘Golden Ticket’.  Winner of the ‘Golden Ticket will have their ticket refunded whilst still being eligible to be in the annual draw.

The remaining membership monies will be allocated to the upkeep of St James Church & grounds.
